1. Quotes & Orders
Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation. An order is accepted once ETLink Networks issues a written order acknowledgement.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in USD and exclude taxes, duties and freight unless specified. Payment terms are prepayment by wire transfer, or net terms for approved accounts.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Lead times are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm. Buyers are responsible for import duties and compliance in the destination country.
4. Warranty
Hardware is covered by the ETLink warranty stated on the quotation (1–3 years advance replacement). Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised modification or improper environmental conditions.
5. Returns
Returns require an RMA number issued by ETLink. Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee and must be in original condition and packaging.
6. Export Compliance
Products may be subject to export control laws. The buyer agrees not to export, re-export or transfer products in violation of applicable regulations.
